Depends on user really however i'd like to say the rinnegan having an advantage as they can create clones like Nagato did and repel some effects of the sharrigan not to mention the almighty push, the moon technique and not to mention they have use of all nature and can bring people back to life.

With Rinnegan you would have eternal eyesight as there are no side effects which would cause you to lose your eyesight.

Except the strain you feel after completing one jutsu from Rinnegan, and if you have less chakra like Sasuke you would die using the Rinnegan !

There is only strain from large scale justu's such as a large scale-Shinra tensei or Chibaku Tensei. I would say theres equal strain between them and Mangekyo techniques such as Amaterasu, Tsukiyomi and Susano'o.

Rasengan is a destructive jutsu its not simple, plus they were enhanced with sage chakra.

I think even with EMS spamming MS jutsu's will strain on the body but u just wont go blind from it

Using MS techniques with EMS doesnt mean you wont feel the strain gathered from using the jutsus.
