They aren't threads, they're sections, and they are all for role playing.
I would recommend reading

As for Konnichi wa, that's for announcing your presence on NB, meaning just make a thread called "Hello" or something of that sort, and people will come and welcome you to NB.

Just click the link I made, and read over everything, and you should be ready to start RPing.

They are your rank as a ninja, this is determined by post count. A thread on it can be found

Senseis are the people with the orange names, not all are sage, you just have to fit the requirements and pass the test.

And, it really is up to you when you want to create a bio.

Some bios require you to be a certain rank in order to make them.

They are in my signature, one says Yoroi and the Other says Slenderman Nara just click them xD.

I would look at Slenderman Nara, because Yoroi was my first bio.

eg : sasuke bio has adopted by many memmbers is that allowed?
