With lava; lava is fire and earth. The water might beat the fire, but the earth beats the water; ergo, you cant fight lava with water

I'm talking about Naruto elements. And according to the rules of Nb, you can't fight lava (an element with two elements within it) with water (a single element) no matter the technique.

When lava cools it releases toxic gas and turns into rock.


If you cool down my lava jutsus, you get a lungful of toxic gas and, because I'm the best earth user, the rock keeps on coming at you; you don't do much to it.
