Background Info.
History: The Third Kazekage, like any other sand shinobi, was born and raised in the Village Hidden in the Sand, or Sunagakure. He was born with the ability to use a rare type of chakra known as Magnetic Chakra, which is only known to be found in shinobi of the Sand and Cloud. It was said that he extensively studied the Jinchuuriki of the Shukaku. After a long amount of research, he was able to replicate the sand control the Jinchuuriki possessed by creating sand out of iron and then controlling it with his use of Magnetic Chakra.
With this ability under his belt, he was able to become the strongest Kazekage the Sand has ever seen.
