Naruto has achieved alot, but Kakashi has done more
Kakashi is worthy to be the next Hokage
Hes a former ANBU
Hes beaten alotta tough opponents (more than Naruto's 2 years total)
He was trained by One of the Greatest Hokage
etc......He has way more Credentials that we may not know about
Thats why hes Legendary kakashi

But i bet you after the War he will be

in reality kakashi is capable of pawning most jounin level ninja's, kakuzu is s-class ninja' and nagato is a God blessed with a superb do-jutsu thus for kakashi (a jounin) to even survive a minute of battle with them is really impressive and is saying alot about his power level. calling genius and skilled tatiction like kakashi a "dumbass" is a huge understatement kinda makes you sound stupid no offence.

well kakashi took just 2 of kakuzu's hearts....one was detroyed by hidan when kakuzu was gonna kill kakashi....and 2 were destroyed by naruto's rasen shuriken....he destroyed last one which was almost failing....
and yup i dont say that he is entirely useless but i do think he is over estimated.....he is of no match against higher ninjas....u call the reason his low chakra or wutever but in the end he always loses....on the other hand naruto is legendary or near to be legendary....u cant compare naruto in his current state to kakashi...

THANK YOU besides naruto beat kakuza after he had fought kakashi he only had two hearts left also pein wasted a lot of chakra on the village then fought hinata and the fox then he had to fight bnaruto again so it wasnt a fair fight.
