I disagree..I think his jutsu is the only thing that favors him..
btw he is supposed to be this black ops assassin shinobi don't forget..

so his jutsu works in favor of lurking in the shadows spying and such..

he isn't a char that I would favor first..among those listed..

I get where u are going.. in terms of raw power I agree with u! but let's us admit..he's true trade is strategy..and in that subject he is faithfully rated!

Yeah I agree his intelligence is outstanding and can probably overcome any character but when people say like Madara vs. Shikamaru and say Shikamaru wins I just go wtf. I mean in strategy probably but Madara can quickly take Shika out before the ladder takes into accord any of this attacks.

Sai seriously needs to be fleshed out more, he was introduced as the strongest member of the foundation and tasked with killing Sasuke.

It'd also be nice if Neji were somewhat closer to Naruto and Sasuke in strength

People still have doubt in Naruto. I don't kow how they can after the past chapters... I think peolpe still think he is lacky intelligence. Honestly I think he is just as smart as Shikamaru.

Sakura can pwn noobs. Kishi just hasn't given her the chance. I think it will come during the war.

Well she pwned White Zetsu so that counts as a noob I guess. But, fighting against Sasori (who is not a noob) proved herself to me. Most people say Chiyo was controlling Sakura so it doesn't count but Chiyo herself stated that Sakura barely needed her assistance in dodging Sasori's attacks. When Chiyo summoned the 10 puppets she wasn't even controlling Sakura, and even then Sakura was doing amazing.

Shino is understeminated. If Madara was touchable, Shino's bugs would eat him.

suigetsu. his water technique is really good, he's just got paired againts lightning users unluckily multiple times.

I'd make less of a list of whose underestimated than whose overestimated.

Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, Kabuto, Jiraiya, Pain, Itachi, and to an extent... Kakashi. While very powerful, cannot do half of the shit people think they can....

Everyone else is underestimated. I wouldn't say Hinata is underestimated, because when she fought Pain she got beat. She had to save someone she loved, and only ended up being in trouble. I love Hinata as a character because her and Sakura represent some real life stuff, but that was not good for her.

And yes, you could say, "well she was versing God-like Pain". However, all the main characters, and the war characters, minus the white Zetsus are either like that, or close to that.
