I don't really see a reason to change the rules now.
The admins have already mentioned many times before that the village system is dead, and that they were going to remove the whole thing. I'm not sure if they've changed their minds or not, but if they are gonna remove the village system, I don't see a reason for them to change the rules right now.

If they are gonna try and fix it, they pretty much need to revamp everything, including the rules.

and Mugiwara is right, what's the point of the Village System, People getting out their village as a Daimyo, Villager's joining other village's and giving information to each other, the Kage/Daimyo getting mad against someone doing something wrong, then someone declare's war on another village, in the end the War will end with Arguing.

It's already Decided isn't it? The Akatsuki getting the Strongest RPGers, they want war and we lose.

The villages should be wiped out by the Admins (Nexus eyes should be able to do it...lol) and be rebuilt from scratch. The way things are going, the only active thing around here is Akatsuki...So no wonder even the Daimyos leave the villages.

People shouldn't be able to simply leave a village and join another... And the villages should be built to be balanced and even...

Don't know if the actual system is salvageable...
