My Two Cents: Naruto
Now we have interesting information that came to light. I know that Zetsu was created, but for them to have the DNA similar, or almost identical to the Shodai - is shocking! Who would have guess that Aloe Vera was so involved in the narrative. Now I can see the connection with the depiction of Zetsu being plant like and the DNA of the Shodai. Zetsu, one in all is a hideous concoction cooked in Madara's lab. This puts Orochimaru in the dark when it comes to experimentation.
So, Hokage Danzo, Rest In Pieces, did the same thing that Madara did with the Shodai's DNA! Believe it or not, Madara implanted the Shodai's DNA in him self so that he can replace his body parts. Not only that, he used this to his advantage and developed a special jutsu that will allow him to warp. My educated guess is that its a combination of space time jutsu with something he gained from the Shodai's DNA. He is also able to replace his limbs with ease. Its also possible that all that metal that have been knocking around when he is fight might be holding back some type of seal, which he will used for his Moon Eye Plan aka Jutsu!
Now, I am impressed with Naruto's new modifications to his favorite jutsu. First is the Rasengen Vaccum. Now its the Mini Rasen-Shuriken! This is the first time I have seen Naruto summon Gamahiro-san , the Battle Frog (Kuchiyose Yataikuzushi No Jutsu) . Jiraiya was known to summon him as he was not too keen in controlling Gamabunta. Naruto have improved greatly in his techniques.
Note: Jiraiya summoned Gamahiro-san when he was battling PEIN in Rain Country. Gamahiro was the one who cut the PEIN summoning dogs in half!

From what I have seen and to the implications set by Kishi, its seems that Zetsu (both black and white) was created by Madara. It seems that it did both to be one with the ability to separate for a strategic advantage. I remember Madara saying to Zetsu that he is not a battle type member.
Note: I have never seen Zetsu with a forehead band to show which country he is from; he belongs to non as he was created.
I also want to know that the 6th Jinchuuriki didn't wear on either but Kishi did give us his story and inform about his country!
Thought: I have to wonder if Madara (kishi) made Zetsu black and white to signify Madara's DNA (Dark Zetsu) and Shodai's DNA (White Zetsu). An ancient conflict that have not been forgotten. Each in its own having specific skill sets and jutsus!

its possible/maybe that zetsu is a product of the first experiments to fuse uchiha and senju abilities/dna, although not perfect, it still useful, plus madara might have learned alot from the experiments to do it to himself therefor the current madara form. but if the black zetsu is uchiha, why no sharingan? although it has ocular ability it seems, recording battles and collecting data.

Well pointed out Venger. I didn't even thought about the Ocular Abilities that the black Zetsu has; I have been focusing only on the DNA and experimental factors. So we may have been uncovering the secrets of Zetsu and Madara! Now its time to look at Madara-PEIN.
this is my take on madara-pein, the projected rinnegan is for visualization/monitor, since i see no black rods on the summons, the sharingan is for control (same way the kyubi was controlled), they can alternate with kabuto for tactical reasons or need or watch over kabuto.

i used to think that black zetsu was madara's way of manipulating the darkness in the hearts of other people, the way he manipulated nagato and sasuke. that is, aside from black zetsu's ability to communicate/report back to madara and white zetsu by extending his 'roots' down to their underground network. i theorize that he could do more for madara and his evil plans and he would cause further damage to the alliance.
i wonder as well how the six paths of madara would function. for sure they all share the six-path vision as well as the other attack-defense characteristics of pein, esp. the capacity to regenerate/resurrect, since kabutomaru's technology is also available to him.
but i guess there would a lot more than what pain was able to do, since the sharingan was put in the mix as well. expect some wicked genjutsu, speed, and the ability to copy the enemies' jutsu.
having said that, madara was pleased that things are going well as planned. naruto battling against the white zetsu would make him capable of copying naruto's chakra and including that in their database. more doom if that happens. at least now we know how madara was able to 'fake his death' in his battle against the first hokage, and was able to copy/acquire his genes. as shizune has discovered with the white zetsus, now that madara has yamato, he is now closer to completing the first hokage's dna. we would think that he has incorporated it into his body as well. the last piece of the the senju's dna puzzle would lie with naruto's dna. he will have 'the complete body' that he always wanted to complement the sharinnegan that he has now. (on another note, we still haven't seen his original ms,hmmmm. must be stored in those jars at his lab-- the alliance has to discover this as well.)
the alliance has to think quick how they would undo the imminent evil that is to come upon them. first, they have to discover the secret of the white zetsus and infiltrate their 'mainframe' where two of their comrades are being imprisoned and used for their evil jutsus. i still think somehow kabuto would 'mess up' and give the alliance their chance of defeating madara, who as of now is a true immortal, according to tsunade.

wow thats intense thinking man but your right about everything i think though that madara will get a hold of naruto's dna cuz remember naruto said that he and sasuke will die toghether if they fight so if they both die i think that the leaf would take both their bodies and protect them with the greastest protection they have and also madara could just be using sasuke not just to gather the tailed beasts but to also get his ms to get ems again so i think that the leaf would definitely protect sasuke's body as well as naruto's but we never know kishimoto could twist everything around but we will see in time

When it comes to Madara and the control of the Madara-PEIN six paths, its not hard to know how the control over them was achieved. Remember that Kabuto explained how the Edo Tensei was achieved and how they can be controlled. Madara-PEIN would have have used a control jutsu attached to a kuni and inserted it into their heads. Remember that when Kabuto first did the jutsu, he left them to do their own thing. All he did was give them their standard orders. When he wanted to perform more more control, he inserted the same control kuni into their heads. The only modification that Kabuto was able to achieve, is the source of chakra. Orochimaru used his own, so when he was out of chakra, the walking-demons failed or became weak. Since Kabuto can change the source of the chakra that he uses, its almost infinite.
The truth is that Madara-PEIN body is really a puppet body like Sasori's but is main from body parts from the white Zetsu containing the Shodai's DNA. Madara may only have his heart, head, and one arm (right arm). Its also possible that he may have the left leg as well (left leg with steel pins or something similar).
I don't think that Madara wants to get Naruto's DNA as he already have a source that is closer to the Shodai's DNA. All Madara wants from Naruto is the 9-tails chakra. I think that the Senjuu's puzzle is solved. The missing part is most certainly the Uchiha. This is the part that Sasuke plays. It could well be the completion of the dojutsu - but is can also be something unique to Sasuke and his heritage as an Uchiha!
It would be nice to see Naurto develope a seal that binds Madara-PEIN that have roots from Kushina as the clan was known for its sealing techniques. Its true that Naruto is no book genius, but a practical learner. But, it will be extraordinary to see a seal that comes from Naruto's pure heart! A sealing technique that can bind GODs!

There are some interesting things happening in the Naruto Manga but I find it wise to wait and see what other information is going to be made known. It was a sight to see the Young Kages against the Ancient Kages. Its a shame that the Dust Element jutsu was not modified or upgraded over the both kages time difference.

I think that when they are killed with some sort of ninjutsu, the loose control of the Shodai's DNA and turn into trees before they die. We saw the same thing with Danzo when he began to loose control of the Shodai's DNA in his body and he had to disconnect his arm. Its possible that your right! In either way, I think that Madara-PEIN will do the same as Danzo if that happens. We have seen him do it before when he fought Danzo's subordinates and was poisoned by Aburame bugs, he removed his arm.
One can claim, with enough proof, that the Shodai have special charkra that is nature based and since the tailed beast are also nature based, there is some relationship between them. This relationship might have been the bases for the oddly control that the Shodai had over the tailed beast.

Its surprising to see the response the Sandime Kazekage has after finding out that the same child, the monster, he tried to kill six times has changed! No longer a Jinchuuriki, the current Kazekage, and with friends, turned out far more different than he expected. (The oldest Kage supports the youngest kage! True power of the joint shinobi army.) The worth of a child is to be determined by its father. It is said that each generation is surpasses the old. Naruto has surpass Jiraiya, and how his own father! (Not quite but close to doing so). We as readers already know that Gaara surpassed his father! Now its time to show the readers why is became Kazekage! The true worth of a child is the love of their parents that they carry. LOVE written on Gaara was not to display the hate of a parent (No one loves you) but rather to demonstrate all the love of a parent that was poured into that child. LOVE written on Gaara is say, "My LOVE lives in you"! Karura poured all her love into Gaara before she died. Gaara, a living monument!
The Kages of Old know and understand what is happening. Abuse of power, and the failure to act on their own have made them sympathetic to the predecessors. With the knowledge of the secrets and weaknesses, over coming them would be gained advantage.

Something that have been bothering my about Gaara's father, the Sandime Kazekage is the fact that he is depicted to be short with short hair. What is the problem with this! Well, in the earlier parts of the Manga, Sasori killed the Sandime Kazekage and turned him into a living puppet as was pointed out by Chiyo-baa. The living puppets were said to be made using the bones of the person that was killed. Sasori even boasted to Chiyo and Sakura about how the living puppets are made. There were a few things mainly in appearance that didn't fit. I am not going to go into details but you can take a look for yourself. Since there is little evidence of the jutsus he used, we can't really do comparisons. Sasori only used the magnetic sand jutsu!

@Venger Thanks for the correction. Didn't know why I got this wrong. That would mean that Gaara's father was killed by Orochimaru!

This flying thing might have something to do with either Wind (Kaze) or Earth elements. I can understand Earth element users as it may have something to do with gravity and manipulating the magnetic fields of the earth. I can also understand Suna as it the Wind village in the sand country. Many if the sand ninja are wind element users.
