were talking all v each other right i think the final 2 would be garra because of his ultimate defenca and raikage because of his speed and strength in tht case i think garra vs roclklee is kind of where im going with this, garra has improved obviouslyf rom thn and raikage is a supped up faster strong rock lee.

the raikage is arguably the strongest and quickest.
Gaara wouldn't stand a chance against the raikage,due to the raikage's speed and lightning techniques capable of piercing through his sand defence.
Mizukage's melting techniques are probably the deadliest.
The tsuchikage is too old, probably gonna break his back or something.
Tsunade is just sooo crap, she is the shittest kage ever, she has no jutsu, speed, accuracy e.t.c. All she has is raw strenght, she doesnt have that much chakra, still she spends most of it trying to look young.
So taking all this into consideration, i am gonna have to go with the mizukage,since i doubt there is nothing to defend you from melting (not even susanoo)

They are all kages for a reason... I would say that it would be a long long longggg battle. And no one could say for exact considering each have there own advantages, But A's speed is hard to keep up with, and Tsuande's power is hard to beat. I have a small feeling Gaara and Sandaime would get there asses kicked due to lack of experience for Gaara and considering Sandaime's physical state (but now that I think about it, he might actually pwn some noobs). And for the Mizukage, I have no clue. But if Gaara was on his game that day, I am begining to wonder if the battle would end at all, and if it did, they would all be finished. So I have come to the conclusion
there would be no winner.
