lol yea its because of the bio issue for me i mean it doesnt bother me waiting on approval but i mean people have bios from almost 2 years ago that arent approved

plus someone told me cali isnt approving bios till lyk 1st of july for sum reason
not sure if thts correct but still your having a cry for your bio not being approved in 1 day seriously bro

you need patience and wait coz it will be approved and if not just make another one but dont make a thread about not having a bio so you cant learn jutsu and try to get people to feel sorry for you

if u go to rpg and go to the bio link they have a template and u need to find a sensie before you can learn jutsu

you learn by having sensei's teach you jutsu just ask around for the links and stuff i cant tet you the links
