Background Info.
History: Second son of Saji and Miko Uchiha, Akira was raised pretty sheltered considering the status of his bother Shogi Uchiha. Akira Uchiha was a skilled prodigy of Leaf Village. He graduated the Ninja Academy at age 8 and passed the Chuunin Exam at age 11. Before being surpassed by Itachi who graduated by the age 7 and passed the Chuunin Exam at the age of 10. By the the age of 15 was a Lt. in the special Anbu squad but once again being surpassed by age who at the age 13 Itachi had become a captain in the special ANBU squad. This made Akira mad because he got no praise for his achievements. During his youth Shoji looked out for his younger brother Akira and encouraged him to train and grow no matter what!.
Akira trained his butt off because of the inspiring words spoken to him by his bother. He felt that he had to live for the both of them. Itachi learned that to obtain Mangekyou, clan members would kill their best friends. Because Mangekyou usage leads to blindness, to avoid the side effect the Mangekyou user could kill their sibling and take their Mangekyou eyes to obtain "Eternal" Mangekyou. Over hearing this conversation between Itachi and some mistery guy who appearently knows more about the Uchiha's and the Sharingan ability than anybody he's ever known this. After hearing this Akira set out to get close to someone he would have no problem killing to acquire this new strength and finally showing up that Itachi.
While out, Akira heard that ALL of the Uchiha are dead except one Sasuke, and heard that the assassin was none other than Itachi himself and in doing so acquired a new ability... Infuriated, Akira new mission was not to surpass Itachi but destroy him instead! Also thinking that the leaf had something to do with it he did not return besides they already thought that he was dead anyways, this way he could search for Itachi without being hunted. He had no idea where he should start looking. Akira took it upon himself to get information about itachi by sneaking in to the leaf village and back into the Uchiha compound instead of finding info on Itachi he founded a secret scroll which explained the final power of the Sharingan.

Being back in the Uchiha compound made him feel alone..... More alone than he has ever been in his life. He missed his family and it seem like every thing happened so fast..... A year later he had heard that Itachi Uchiha had joined the akatsuki..... He had to find him and find out what happened!! Too find out..... Why??.....
