requests? what do you mean? :O i don't have any thread for that or so, but if some1 asks me i usually make sig/ava (well actually whatever related to gfx) for them (and if they like it they also pay xd)

This is what I mean. Take a bit more the requests in the Request GFX section and you can also create a shop if you like. There, people could make request to you and they'll also pay you.
Usually, the best way to improve is to use different kinds of creativity and work on different styles to improve. However, since your creativity is focused on ... , you should perhaps make sigs/avas of people's choice. That's why I suggested that.
