has naruto learnt FTG??

we saw naruto evade raikage in the latest chapter in the same way minato evaded raikage. so did naruto suddenly become faster than the raikage or did he use FTG to dodge his lariat?

i know there arent any seals but maybe he somehow mastered it and can teleported without seals?????

Answered this before no it was not FTG because it didn't have seals so it is clearly not FTG it anything at all it would be another jutsu which it isn't. It is not a space-time justu because when you use one you disappear from one place and reappear somewhere else with no trail left behind. In the latest chapter however Tsunade and Bee saw the "yellow flash" which was the trail Naruto left behind when he dodged Raikage's speed.

Tail Beast can transport themselves to were they want to be, Naruto controls that power now. Remember the turtle tail best it keep disappearing on Kakashi and Yamato when they were tracking it. Tail beast have their own home world, they did not originated in this dimension, in the pass when a host died the beast retuned to their dimension till they were strong again to come back to our dimension.

Naruto doesn't need the special seals to teleport and I guess that has to do with the power of the nine tail demon and his genetic instinct of reaction. Minato probably knew that it required something special (nine tail demon fox) to perform his FTG without marks, thus the reason he sacrificed his life to give naruto this new power just like itachi sacrificed his to give sasuke new powers.

This is another type of question that needs to be clarify. Why is naruto able to teleport/move fast? is it because of minato's power or the nine tail demon or both? The manga doesn't really specify on this so everything we say about where naruto's power to avoid raikage's top speed came from are going to be pure assumptions

No it's not ftg and it's also not body flicker techique. He has full control of a HUGE amount of chakra which is just greatly enhances all his physical abilities, hence he is really fast.

I'm afraid you are among the noobs aswell. Naruto doesn't need to use any techniques to be that fast. He has an enormous amount of chakra in nine tails mode which enhances stuff like speed.
