I wonder why they spend so much money on such expensive tort.. training equipment when you can get the most effective ones very cheap.

-winds up and release the ball while holding the chain so it comes up from below and hits you in the balls through the hole designed specially in the chair-

The ground u stand on turns to a river of mud causing u to loose balance and as u fall on my chair since u loose balance u start turning into stone while u get petrified i quickly break your rope since i have a steel like body.....
then i slam a flame rasengan into your immobile body.......
