Madara declared the war upon the world, i was wondering if the small nations/villages are aware of the ongoing shinobi world war. Though they don't have Kages but shinobis like Sora, Guren, the star squads, etc would be useful. What do you think

I've made this same thread, nobody gave a good answer. But upon close observation, it seems the 5 shinobi nations told the other villages to halt probably because they have more power

Akatsuki said they will fight with their full strength during the war so the five nations should also fight with their full strength with the help of the small nations. They have to do whatever it takes to win

apart from Konoha, do you think the other nations know about Sora? if they do, they'd discuss about him during their meeting or even Madara would have captured him long time.

well. but Sora would be kept where Killer Bee and Naruto were. or they didn't want it to be so suspicious to Naruto.

sora does not exist in the manga verse.
the fact is minor villages don't present much of and aid to the 5 great shinobi nations
this is evidenced by the fact that a very small percentage of participants for chunnin selection come from small villages which would most likely equate to having less ninja capable to helping out in battle. if we are to add genins to the frontlines, they would only become fodder and therefore pointless as backup or reinforcement.
also, it is already hard enough to make 5 great nations to band together considering previous enmity. the more group there are in an alliance, the more likely discord will happen.

Didn't Kishi include filler/movie characters when Kabuto used Edo tensei? Also, where are the Namikazes, Senjus, and Uzumakis? Are they wiped out? If so Kishi should explain what happened to them.
