Didn't Kishi include filler/movie characters when Kabuto used Edo tensei? Also, where are the Namikazes, Senjus, and Uzumakis? Are they wiped out? If so Kishi should explain what happened to them.
Kishi did not include filler characters.
if you are referring to the six tail jinchuuriki, though naruto didn't actually meet him in the manga, he does actually exist and kishi has already established that through an illustration of the hosts of the different bijuu.
As of the moment, we have no evidence that there is or was a Namikaze clan and therefore it would be wrong to say that they have been wiped out when we are unsure of their existence.
as for the Senju and the Uzumaki, The Senju clan has diversified and most likely part of the different families in the leaf. the last descendant to be identified with Senju would be Godaime Hokage. though of of course their teaching is still practiced by the leaf. as for the uzumaki, they have been scattered. some ended up in the rain village like nagato's parents. though it has not been said why the village disbanded or when. it is clear however that they were not wiped out but merely disbanded.

Ah I see. Thx for the enlightenment:) I hope Kishi will explain this in time. The past seems to be more epic than the present:p

The Uzumaki clan was was destroyed (but i'm sure some fled) as they were feared for there sealing jutsus. Kushina explained this to naruto while he was training to control the Nine-Tails. I cant remember which chapter though

you are correct.
erratum on my part.
The uzumaki clan was feared for their sealing techs and the whole village was destroyed.
the survvior scattered afterwards.
thanks for pointing out my mistake.
