for sending whips u got to do simple things

1- releasing a whip
2- directing the whip
3- increasing the whip amounts

i spend half an hour before managing to do so...

in an hours time..swirls start to appear

ok that's good so far now u need to lengthen the whip so it would look, this jutsu is mid-range after all
