Do I need to finish my training in each respective rank to use jutsus of that level. For example; If I am learning B-rank lightning atm, can I use the two or three that I have been taught or do I have to wait until I finish all of the B-rank Lightning Jutsus?

Sorry if it's slightly hard to understand what I just wrote.
