Naruto Uzumaki represents the body of Rikudo Sennin, Sasuke Uchiha represents the eye of 10-Tails (Jubi).

Naruto is not getting Rin'negan.
The creator will more than likely fuse Sage Mode+Kyubi Mode and give him more defensive jutsu as the story progresses before Rin'negan.

The outline of the story is based on previous ancestral fights between Uchiha & Senju/Uzumaki. The Uchiha represent Jubi whereas the Senju/Uzumaki represent Rikudo.
