4 questions

First: how do i change the thing that says what you are (example mine (below my avater) says Missing-nin in a blue box.)
Second: What do i use Kumi for?
Third how do i change the little title below my name but above my avater
Fourth: how do i get new Titles

You must be registered for see links

On that page you should find "Custom User Title", type something in there for a new title. Then on that same page, but lower down, there's "Additional Bar" with a drop-down menu. That's how you change the Missing-Nin bar.

As far as I know, Kumi is only to give to other people for.. stuff. I don't know. Helping you out or something? Maybe for buying sigs from artists. Eh, I'm sure someone else will answer this one for you.

which is on the left side at the top.
Once you click that you can edit the tittle under your avatar and you can also scroll down and find the option that says "Additional bar
Select the bar you want to have below you avatar" just click the box to change the tittle. When you're done just scroll down to the bottom and click "Save changes"

kumi doesn't have a real use...
It's mainly used to buy sigs/avatar from GFX-er's that will make you a personalized avatar/sig. Tho if you decide to get into the battle RP some people might let you use it to buy their custom jutsu..
