Minato Did not only have the powers you mentioned, he had much more than that!

He Created Rasengan

He Created FTG "Flying Thunder God" Jutsu

He Could Use Space And Time Ninjutsu Which Not Many Can!, he can bend Space, and use it as a shield to Send an attack into another Dimension!, he even saved the city with this, and teleported the Kyuubi!

He Created The Shiki Fujin "The Death Reaper Seal", Or atleast Could use it!

He Could Summon and handle Gamabunta!

His Normal Speed was the fastest!

He was very Wise and Nobel, A Great Leader, And A Genius!

He Probably could use more than two elements and perhaps had knowledge of many other Jutsus!

and there is probably alot more we didnt know about him, but he was a Great Ninja, he went toe to toe with tobi!

Number one reason for being so bomb: Taking on the kyuubi on his own and sealing the beast away. No one could handle the kyuubi on their own...except MINATO

suppose u didnt know the first hokage didnt seal the tailed beasts but used his techniques to trap them as in their beast forms all 9 of them so i guess minato just sealed them the first hokage actually controlled all of the beasts

btw madara uses a space time ninjutsu most prob due to his sharingan his birth right didnt mean to say it on hear but i believe guy is stronger than kakashi,kakashi just copied a thousand techniques but just learnt the basic jutsu and made his raikri/lightning cutter but guy worked hard

yes exactly it worked on ALL of them none of them were smart enough to outwit him but decided to all go and have a battle of speed with him and they got they ass handed to them for ignoring his title the YELLOW FLASH OF KONOHA there fore he is not overated he is a great guy who makes the fight go in a way that he will have a advantage. and no he isnt overpowerd since his main skills are ones that took him years to master unlike some people in the manga who get powers handed to them on a silver platter(sasugay)oooh let me teach you a cool move could chidori ooh let me teach you lots of cool justu and i will take over your body and kill your borther for you after ooh come here and ill give you your dead brothers eyes so you can become 10x stronger

But a few months back I recall reading an interview of Kishi on here and if people can find it do post.

Kishi stated Minato was the best Kage of his time and he was the greatest ninja of that time and the previous also but he did stat in Naruto gen their are ninjas who surpassed him but he didn't really stat who.

This thread is an epic fail....how can u even utter overrated when thinking of Minato?
he created and mastered the tailed beast bomb for humans, created a technique that made him the fastest ninja EVER, became Hokage and fought madara and the 9 tails pretty much at the same time, then without hesitation sacrificed his life to seal the the strongest tailed beast inside his newborn son only with hopes of saving the leaf village by making naruto potentially the only ninja to reach Rikudou Sennin.
If he isnt an epic genius, i would tie a rope around my chimney, tie the other end around my neck and jump off the roof......but he his so y dont u haters give it a try!
