Why naruto and other cartoon characters where same cloths every time.why can't the producer give them different cloths?why?

Because its hard to change clothing every episode. Animation and manga drawing is a hard job, making different clothes every time complicates the job. Besides, its not like they will change abilities or anything.

If I'm not mistaken Bleach characters change thier clothes from time to time when they aren't wearing their shinagami outfits.

Mainly because of time. Animation/comics (whether it's western, anime, manga, whatever) are sometimes more difficult to create than your standard live-action sitcom. Besides, it makes them look more refreshing as characters when they finally do change their clothing (either signalling an age increase or separate saga/arc).

Yeah thats what I always wonder not only with naruto, but for all animes. I guess the creators do this to give the character the same profile/concept/look, so viewers can get used to that characters with the same look, also they they dont have to redraw their outfits
