Looks:

Jack wars long sea boots and long, hard-wearing linen trousers. A knotted striped-red sash is tied around his waist, where he could stow his ninja items when not in use. On Jack's back there's a long brown coat that he would remove when the need arose to either swim or if the air got too hot. A faded blue waistcoat with a shorter lightly-coloured back area and a torn white undershirt made up the rest of the ensemble. The left cuff of the undershirt was ripped, and it was through this hole that Jack slipped his left hand. A red bandanna was always wrapped around his head, complemented by his coin draped over his forehead. After his coin was stolen by Hector Barbossa, he replaced it with a tooth of a strange monster called Dan Fargher.

Personality:

Jack Sparrow was noted for his unusual demeanor, characterized by a slightly drunken stagger and wild, flailing arm and hand gestures that made him appear unfocused and possibly ataxic. This was possibly due in part to the hot climate of the Sunagakure, and the large amount of time spent on deck of various ships–though it should be noted he seemed fairly sure-footed onboard a ship. However, it is more likely that his demeanour is due to a common affliction of most ninjas of that era–a combination of lots of rum, very few fruits and vegetables. He is sneaky bastard and very unpredictable as many say. Still, even though he claims to be young, he is searching for the fountain of youth.

Jack is excellent tactican and can come up with a strategy or counter in just matter of seconds. His skills are often questioned and he is considered as a lunatic but those who underestimate him so are usually surprised by his epic winning and skills.

Speed:

Jack's Speed is above average ninjas. He is able of outrunning a tribe of barbarians and group of bandits any day. Though he possesses the Sunagakure's specialty - he rarely uses it in fight unless he is improvising his newly made up tactics.

General abilities:

Jack's chakra controlling is somewhat equal with average Kage ranked ninja's chakra controlling. His handseal speed is different on other hand. He is fond of using wind techniques and is expert in using them.

Taijutsu:

Jack's strength is somewhat average. To improve his taijutsu attacks, he uses other techniques that add power into his attacks. Using those jutsus combined with swift release, he becomes a deadly foe in taijutsu fights.

Kenjutsu:

Jack received special training in sword fighting from Akiza. This helped him on his career of being sand pirate and also made him superior to regular sword fighters. This also resulted him carrying a cutlass with him everywhere just in case if there's someone starting a bar brawl.

Background Info.
History:

Jack grew up in rather wild part of Sunagakure. The part was neither the slums nor the rich suburbia. Jack grew up in a small apartment by the mainstreet of Sunagakure with her mother. His childhood was nice until stranger broke in to his house, raped her mother and they ran away together. Later on he found that this person was called Hellsbadass ( and he also was his father ), the manliest man walking on the whole manly planet. This person inspired Jack so he started studying to be a ninja and go pedo just like Hells did. Jack quickly passed through the academy and got into a team with ice cold fool called Snowflake and a tsundere choirboy called Beans. The leader of their team was called Akiza. He spend multiple years rolling with these fools until he became a jounin and had learned everything Akiza had to offer him. Jack worked for Sunagakure as advanced ninja. He got sick of this life soon and joined sand pirates. The crew he belonged to was led by Zenryoku. In this crew he met Barbossa who soon became his nemesis. One day Zenryoku left the crew and made Jack the new captain, which eventually led into a mutiny and Barbossa took over his ship. Jack was robbed, mobbed and thrown on desert with nothing but a toothbrush and packet of jellybeans, still he survived. During the time in desert Jack had weird hallusinations where he kept killing himself and eating peanuts. Jack later on found to the nearest village and swore revenge on this world that was testing him. He became to travel around the world and became associated with all kinds of illegal stuff like Akatsuki, spending many years as an outlaw. He went through many ordeals before getting into Akatsuki ( such as fighting a horrible monster called Dan Fargher ). Due many villages wanted the Rogue ninjas dead, he seeked a sanctuary out from Kumogakure where he was taken under the wing of the current raikage. Unfortunately he met his nemesis when he got to Kumogakure that confessed that he had lost his ship in fight with a guy with Shady beard. Hector had already done abit research and had found out that the guy who took the ship was called Scarface and he had sealed it away. Jack spend multiple months hunting rogue ninjas to hear possible rumors from Scarface and he kept contact with his previous akatsuki partners. After months of search he finally heard that Scarface was searching for the fountain of youth because he had gotten old and his penor wasn't as active as it used to be. Hector also had heard this and so the two of them set out to find the fountain of youth with different motives. Jack's motive was to recover his lost ship and be younger again. Hector's motive on the other hand was revenge on Scarface.
