Is Original Nagato Powerful

Is Nagato's Normal body strong because he looks really weak and frail?

I don't think his body matters much. His eyes is what has the powers. He most likely can weave some hand seals which is all he needs.

He even without rinnegan would be incredibly powerful if he wasnt burned by Hanzo + Gedo Mazo made him this fragile, hes an Uzumaki

How many other persons could use all that techniques from Rinnegan with their chakra reserves?

I think that he looks weak due to the fact that Gedo Maze kind of paralyzed his lower body (Yes this was stated already, but the reasons weren't). You can see this when Naruto finds him, and he's in that weird machine. He also has to distribute his skills and chakra in 7 bodies (6 paths + himself) which makes him look weaker than he is.
