YOU wrong, you see when naruto is on the kyuubi form he dont need a clone to perform a rasengan from is hand. chect this out when sasuke is on the curse mark guess what he still does a hand sigh.

oh come on man, you can't discuss something without being told to?

anyway, chidori has always been inferior to rasengan. even if they were at the same strength on a normal level, the curse seal multiplies it's strength by 3x, where kyuubi's chakra multiplies rasengan's power by like 5x.
