The New Generation
Author’s note: This will be my very first fan fiction, so please don’t be too harsh on me. If you don’t like it, just tell me what was wrong, what can I improve etc. etc. Feel free to share what you think and all. Thank you.
Introduction: Well the story will take place many years after the 4th great ninja war. Akatsuki is long gone and so are all other characters. After the war, and after Naruto’s death, the alliance between the 5 countries was broken and 2 new alliances were formed – Konohagakure and Iwagakure vs Sunagakure, Kumogakure and Kirigakure. The following events will take place at the Hokage and Tsuchikage’s funeral.
Chapter 1 – The Funeral
Narrator: It is a winter’s evening, about eight o’clock just as it began to grow dusk, and people from all corners have been seen coming at the graveyards. Suddenly, as all the people in their black outfits began to gather up in front of the two graves, rain drops began to fall. The wind blew – not up the road or down it, but sheer across it, sending the rain slanting down. Suddenly, a dark figure broke the silence and began talking…
Akisha: We have gathered here today, to honor 2 people who our family shall remember till the end of its life. We are gathered here today, to pay our Respects to these 2 ninjas, who sacrificed their lives for our sake. We have gathered here today, to say goodbye to those 2 precious Kages – Lord Danzo, former Hokage and of course – Toku, former Tsuchikage. What those 2 great Kages did for this alliance and these countries shall be remembered.
Narrator: Tears have been pouring down onto everyone’s face. The grief and sorrow was taking over everyone. There were some who tried to hide their emotions, unsuccessfully though. Suddenly, a bright figure appeared through out the shadows, and as he saw the graves, he quickly got mad.
Zero: Look at them. Why did you started without me – screamed Zero at Akisha
Narrator: As he spoke those words, Zero began walking towards Akisha. His determination was all over his face but that was just an act. Deep inside his heart, he knew that he is powerless. As he was walking, a slim figure approached him and grabbed his throat with full hand, while he tripped him with his leg, leaving zero lying onto the ground. Tears could be seen pouring down out of the stranger’s face. He than raised his face towards the sky, making the moon light shine over his face. Now everyone could see who he was. It was no other than Scarface with his huge beard. Suddenly Jinbei from Iwa and Itachi-Sama from Konoha jumped forward with great speed, quickly stopping Scar from doing more harm to Zero whose eyes began filling with tears. His determination was long gone. Suddenly Akisha screamed so loud that everyone heard him.
Akisha: STOP IT! How can you be fighting on this day? I will deal with him.
Scarface: Who do you think you are to be talking to me like that? Do you even know who I am?
Narrator: Akisha, with slighting look ignored the old man and continued at zero as he began talking with kind voice. The change in his attitude was so huge that even Zero began feeling safe again.
Akisha: Zero, let’s take a walk.
Scarface: You…
Narrator: The anger in the old Iwa guy, began to grow rapidly as he felt he was being ignored. Suddenly he started running towards the 2 young shinobi who already began walking, and just as he was about to hit them, Jinbei caught his hand and looked straight at his eyes.
Jinbei: This is not the place, nor the time to fight. Now get back there immediately. I’m sorry guys, but he has anger issues.
Narrator: Akisha smiled at him as he and Zero were walking away.
Akisha: You know, just because you can’t use Ninjutsu, this doesn’t mean that you can’t fight back.
Zero: I can’t fight back because I’m afraid, and don’t you dare talking to me with this arrogant tone. We all know the reason why I can’t use ninjutsu.
Akisha: I didn’t ask you to do it. So why? Why did you have to sacrifice it all..
Zero: I did it to protect you; I did it to save your life. So show me some respect.
Narrator: Zero’s eyes were once again filled with tears but his face was also showing anger and agony. In a very fast movement, he pulled his sleeve, enough to show a seal that was glowing in purple
Zero: Do you see this? Huh? This is the Death Curse left by…well you know who did this – The same one who killed the Kages and neither me nor you were able to stop him. This is the price I paid, to save your life so don’t you ever ask me again why I did it. Understand?
Narrator: Before Akisha was able to say anything, a dark figure appeared. It was a very tall and well-built man walking towards the 2 shinobi. He was wearing a leather hat, dark singlet and long leather boots. As he was walking towards them they could see his rippled and tan skin. His neck was of the size of Chewbacca from Star Wars. He had grey, waivy and very bushy hair, so bushy that they could hardly see his any other facial features. Except for his nose that was huge and noticeable from far away. As he was walking he slowly performed a row of hand seals and suddenly a dark purple aura surround the 3 men in a huge sphere, blocking their way of escape, as he took out a Katana and prepared for battle.
Who is the strange man? Is Zero going to take his powers back? – All this in the next chapter entitled “The courage to never give up”

Author’s note: Ok I’m not a good writer but I decided to start my own fanfic so please share what you think and all. This is just a mare prologue and I know it’s rather short but if you guys like it and have interest in following the story, I will keep writing…
