Japanese character problems

I have a problem with my notebook, it can't show japanese or chinese characters. I've I go to google translate or some and I translate someting into Japanese, I only get those stupid square's.

Who know how to fix this??

Erm you need to install the Japanese characters pack.

Go to Control Panel>Regional and Language Options>Languages tab.

Add the Japanese language pack.
