Okay, so firstly i want you to gather up certain amount level of your doton chakra within yourself then by striking your hand onto the ground and release the amount of doton chakra into the ground to overturns the earth, causing it to rise up around your target and trap them in a earth dome, then by placing your hand onto the ground you are able to drain out chakra from the target inside and absorb it into your own body, at the same time you are also able to repair any damage that your target inflict inside by spreading your own chakra into the earth dome.

but if you didn't do those before, firstly i want you to scan your whole body remember your own body parts(the length etc..etc) then once you have done that, slowly build up an suitable amount(must be fixed) once you gotten it, perform a single hand seal to create a clone that is made out of earth/mud. and they should able to freely reform if they got each physically or water/wind technique.

*i focusing and concentrate my mind and try to scan the whole part of my body... i scan my own body from toe down to head up... i scan my length my weight and my height and then when i'm finish scan all of my body part i start to foccusing my doton chakra inside my body and then generate it to gain the suitable amount of doton chakra.. i keep adding my doton chakra inside my body untill i'm sure i reach th suitable amount of my doton chakra to perform this jutsu and when i'm sure i've gain the suitable amount of my doton chakra then i perform a single necessary hand seal then poooofs...a clone that is made out of earth/mud appears and i gain concentrate and transfer more my doton chakra to make the earth clone stronger and able to freely reform*
