How do they make episodes?

I am wondering how the companies make anime episodes from mangas. How and what do you need to learn to do it?

they studied animations and you could make your own.......there is a software called 3-Dmax....which helps....there is tutorial in this software for newbies....enjoy

Do you mean 3D`s Max?Cause that is for 3D creation and Rendering,nothing to do with Anime.

It is done the old fashion way most likely,I always imagined a bunch of Japanese people in a 3x3 room drawing non stop for 23/7,getting only 1 hour to pee and eat.

It could also be through many different software,but yeah you get the point.

The only anime that 3D`s max was ever used in,and it was announced,is Hellsing Ultimate,you will notice some stuff being 3D there.
You can not animate stuff with 3D`s Max.
Maybe Cinema 4D,but that would require Double sided Monotone rendering which is a pain in the ass,trust me.

Also,there was a part in Naruto,where 3D was used,but that was done through Blender.(Orochimaru vs Naruto'Kyubi',pay attention to the snakes.)
