Kakashi - relaxed but he can get really turned on if he is in a fight + he is very humble = the one time that he died vs Pain he said goodbye to all the people he loved

Pain - Actually it is most likely Yahiko's body being controlled by Pain I like - but Nagato is a good guy - seen when talking to Itachi (the reason why I'm not mention Itachi is because we don't know him very well - he saved Sasuke and all that crap about The Uchiha clan but other than that...)
