Using the chakra ive already released, and as soon as you reform to yourself before you can use your steam jutsu i slice your back cutting through your cloak, then slice your front.... then send 2000 mini slashes across your entire body, that cut through your cloak.

As I reform my Chakra cloak slighty begins to vanish and the Wind Cuts burst through it towards my armour and into my Skin. As the Wind are making it's way through the Chakra cloak which is vanishing I quickly change my Body into liquid thus evading the Slashes, I then reform as I'm making my way back to the ground I form a Hand seal thus releasing a Burst of Fire from my Mouth which is aimed up and will reuslt in a Burst of Fire all around me.

If you look it's like a Dome which is getting shot out to all the Sides, so it's kinda protect me from the Rest of your Wind Slashes and probably continues towards you.)
