Konohagakure well win to me
They have really good shinobi that even the raikage had to acknowledge Tsunade for the shinobi in her village
Plus this village had one the most powerful shinobi.
The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th^^ (sorry Tsunade ur just a normal hokage not extraordinary)
Last but not least the guy that will become the most powerful shinobi NARUTO!!!

Konoha. The only powerful shinobi in the sand is Gaara, Temari, Kankuro. Them VS Naruto, Shikamaru, Neji, Kakashi, Sai, Tsunade, etc... is easy. The sand shibobi I've named are beasts, but they wouldn't stand a chance.

Sunagakure just can't compete...The sand siblings, Lady Chiyo, Sasori, and the 3rd kazekage being the only good shinobi from there I don't think they can go against the hokages, Naruto's generation, Kakashi, Gai, the parents of Naruto's generation cuz they are all really cool, etc.^^

If you're bringing back dead people then Suna stands a better chance, but the leaf regain All the Hokages, Asuma, White Fang, All the Uchiha's. etc...


But yeah, counting everyone like Sasori, Chiyo (Suna), and Itachi, Minato (Konoha), Suna stands a much better chance, but they still won't win.

Suna has produced amazing Shinobi like Gaara, Sasosri, their Kages, Temari, etc.., but the leaf produce more faster.
