It's a surprise attack, and Konoha doesn't realise it until something happens.

Naruto has KM.
Sasuke & Madara don't find out about the fight until after it's over.

i dont think it can happen again..he got kakashi and naruto among others in sort of a 1on1 atmosphere or 6on1...i think if he ends up fighting those two plus the aburame hyuga shikamaru and others that they cant win

Very true but.. It is really hard to find all jounin in Konoha. Atleast half of them are usually in a mission.

And Mynoon, that was in Part 1. Kakashi has gotten stronger. Check Kakashi vs the Clone. Sure it was a clone, but Kakashi won w/Naruto. Kakashi wouldn't get beaten so easily now. He's fought Pain and held his ground, lost, but did well. He fought Kakuzu/Hidan while covering for Ino and Chouji. Shikamaru covered for himself. Kakashi isn't weak, so I won't continue.

nagato and itachi are overpowered characters of the series that were created in my opinion so not only jinchurikis were the ones with overpower in their veins

this is overkill.. nagato alone can handle the whole konoha shinobi + destroy the village.
while itachi can take care of the other top shinobis.
kakashi died without scratching god realm and having guy's team will not make any difference.
