something I felt about Kekke Genkais

As most of you know that kekke genkai( blood line limit) are genetical or appears in only people among specific clan, but I've been thinking something that when 5th Mizukage fights sasuke she says that "I possess three elements Katon, Suiton and Doton therefore I possess two kekke Genkais" and i think that people who are not form bloodline limit clans but have the skill to combine elements can possess bloodline limit, when mizukage say therefore I thought that she was able to combine elements to do two kekke genkais.

Dont get what you are saying BUT: Kakashi has at least three (water, earth and lightning) and he can't combine them.

YAMATO can control earth and water = Mokuton (but kakashi can't combine any of his elements)

Tsuchikage have a bloodline expansion - Dust release (earth + wind + fire).

Mizukage have three elements but she doesnt have bloodline expansion (I know you know this - just saying)
But she can fuse her three elements into two really good ones.

Maybe cuz kishi foul's us all by letting us think that Kekkei genkai was bloodlimit while in fact it would be being able to use second level nature transfomation.

the blood limit only concerning those who are born with the inate ability to use second level nature transformation.
