he can use water jutsu because he have earth .. and water elements so he can use the water skills .. and earth skills. .. but his specialty that he can combine them

no he cant use fire.. because he dont have that element..
guys its like bloodline.. if u dont have the element of the jutsu u wont be able 2 do it.. and u cant learn how 2 get that element

Naw. Not all of these ninjutsus require elemental training. For instance, look at Sasuke. He learned Katon: Gokyano Jutsu (or HOWEVER you spell it) at, like, 7 years of age in a week or two. Element training takes a year or two for most people ('cept Naruto, cause he's cool)
