How does EMS Sasuke "definately" win against Pein, he needs some serious abilities which have to be on the level of Madara's - unlimited MS use is meaningless since Pein can absorb chakra via the Preta Path.
Against MS Sasuke, Peinis wins hands down.

We don't know what new abilities Sasuke might get....And if spamming the absorbation technqiue makes you think that Pain would beat Sasuke think again boy....
It's "definitely" first of all.
As for how I know this...quite easy: Sasuke + Naruto = main characters. Naruto will end up fighting Sasuke in the end and they are on par, because we know it will be a close fight. Since naruto can control the fox and looks to end the war by himself, Sasuke's power should be around that level. That means he is in the top5 shinobi that ever existed (power-wise). That's how I know.

Against God Realm he would be able to win if he wouldn't use Bansho Tenin.
If he would fight aggressively so Pain has to use Shinra Tensei, Sasuke can easily hit him with his sword within 5 secs

(naruto is supposed to be by far the best and with all opened doors to beat anyone because he has plot-no-jutsu, he's the main character, as simple as that) how he beat nagato?? simple, we could see a nagato/pain fighting whole konoha, using a technique that wasted almost all his chakra, so later on a fresh naruto with 2 more battery recharges and a power plant of chakra(kyuubi) could come.... THAT IS TOTALLY PLOT-NO-JUTSU..... why?? how comes that just when pain used chou shinra tensei and later it ended, naruto appeared? and plus that we are not adding the fact that nagato needs naruto alive, not dead.......

pain was simply overpowered and kishi needed to take him away, that is why kishi put all the cards agaisn't pain during pain vs naruto........ kishi made nagato fight a whole konoha, waste half his chakra and make deva to not use his techniques for a BIG while, had naruto fresh, coming in sage mode, with 2 sage recharges, and a easy way to trigger 4 tails immediately, naruto with full intel of nagato's abilities and making yondi able to let naruto control kyubi's chakra for a while?(we can infer this by looking at naruto's eyes when talking with nagato(fox and sage like)) YES EVERYONE IS RIGHT THAT WAS A FAIR AND SQUARE MATCH =)

Sasuke didn't choose his DNA and Naruto didn't choose the Kyuubi, that's the key comparison. In that way they're the same.
The Sharingan doesn't see 800+ meters. Every jutsu, including Susanoo, has a weakness.
Plot no jutsu exists because this is a story.
Everyone knows all these things because they are repeatedly brought up, and there have probably been at least 25+ threads of Subect X vs. Nagato, including those with Sasuke. I'm too tired to attempt some long persuasive argument, and these threads will be made again with the arguments starting fresh; thus, I put up these three points only. Right or wrong, they'll be irrelevant in the next thread, so it's a waste for one to repeat the same process expecting different results, as thin wacky hair Albert would say.

no way dude.. naruto won because he is the main character of the story and because of the nine tails inside him, sasuke dont have any of that..he will put up a great fight but he'll definitely not survive 6paths

Thank you leafeater as that was my point exactly.. it wasn't a matter of choice. Thus they are the same... as far as other posts.. its very true as this topic has been brought up just about everywhere.. and the only thing we can rely is what jutsu we have seen other side do and how the other side can counter.. in which case is why I chose Nagato as he has abilities that Sasuke can't counter and all of Sasukes abilities can be countered by Nagato. Including the new hot debate of sasuke's new susanoo which by the way is a chakra manifestation thus his arrows are chakra and thus can be sealed.
Sasuke MS might lose against Nagato eventually...but when I said Sasuke definitely wins, it was EMS Sasuke. Yes, people will argue that we don't know sasuke's power. But we can imagine that it is a big transition from MS to EMS by what we've seen so far and following the logic that manga follows right?
And the problem with most debaters is that they tend to (without realizing in most cases) look at the fight from the perspective of their "winner". You described how the battle would take place if Nagato was prepared for sasuke. You took every strong technique sasuke had and put it up against whatever pain needs to counter it, but let's face it. Reality (naruto-reality included) doesn't work like that. There is one Pain that can absorb chakra, but he wont' be able to absorb it on a 180 degree radius. Susano'o might even be absorbed, but it needs to be touched in order to do it...how exactly will pain do that without sasuke reacting?
This is the kind of bias i was talking about. You're simply suggesting that all pain's bodies will be properly lined up, shinra tensei will not have any cooldown, etc. Sasuke will just shoot arrows in this scenario...well that debate sir is not a very good one. You need to give sasuke the same treatment you would be giving pain. If pain's bodies have time to line up and are fast enough to react, why not let sasuke use his head this time?
And since naruto knew about Pain, let sasuke know the same amount. I will assure you, he would know that he needs to find the real nagato.
I'm not dissecting your reply in the order you've written it in.
We saw sasuke's eye abilites pretty much keeping up with Raikage. His body didn't, but he was able to activate susanoo on a few occasions, put amaterasu on susanoo as well, even if he didn't move as fast as Raikage. And we know for a fact that Raikage was able to keep up with Hachibi. So there's your comparison.
As a conclusion, you're counting Sasuke out way before you tend to give him a chance.
