Explanation of TOBI!

To avoid all the questions to administration about why he was banned or anything, I'm making a topic specially for this.
User TOBI! has been breaking rules several times. He has been warned and has been ignoring the warnings, he recieved a 3 day ban and immidiately after that he started using alternative account and it has been banned aswell. At first place it recieved a temporary ban then when he started using another account both alternative has been banned permanently. After ignoring those 3 bans and still using another accounts I banned all of his accounts permanently (Aizen, _tobi, Darth Nihilus, lolundead, iamtheclown, weegee, TOBI!) and banned his ip range, he will not be back until friday (5th september).
