hello. so i've asked foamy and i'd like your response.

Sadly Ive done no tree climbing. But to your question;
I know chakra is both physical and spiritual energy. It's channeled throughout the body, through every cell, through our being. With practice and experience we are able to use chakra into preforming effect. Hand seals allow us to manipulate chakra so we walk on water, climb trees, etc. There is also elemental chakra, which allows us to use elemental jutsu's. We all have an affinity to one certain type but we are able to use more then one type of elemental chakra with experience and exercise.

*I focus my chakra into my legs down to my toes. I put my right foot onto Rocky 3, I continue to stream out chakra from the bottom of my foot. I try and keep my stream steady and well enough so I don't lose my footing or be repelled right off rocky. I then place my left foot on Rocky using the same stream of chakra. I stand on rocky with both feet acting like a flag.

Once we have you mastering chakra control, we can start you on the strong fist style of taijutsu.

thanks for the link. didn't need it though, mei needed the chakra molding lesson since you already have.
now you need focus your chakra into all your muscles for the strong arm form of taijutsu. for now just try focusing your chakra in your arms. Make it even and steady, be firm!

Right Sensei!
I start off with one step, then two, then three. I go very slowly. Still I continue to keep the same stream of chakra, I'm still trying to get use to the consist feel of the channel. I take 6 more step up Rocky. So far everything is good. I increase my speed. 1, 2, 3 steps. Half the time then before. The more I more the more I get use to the feel. I am now at a steady power walk going up rocky. I make it too the top and grab the kunei.

Um rocky is a special type of stone. it's made of nothing but my pure earth chakra. Unbreakable until it meets a chakra source of similar or greater strength. So no don't try to break rocky, because he will break back. xd
I want both you and foamy (once the chakra is stream lined through out your arms) to thrust forward your arm palm open into a side of rocky.

Not so fast broly (xd lol), strong arm doesn't increase your muscle size, but uses chakra to amply the muscle fibers within out bodies that contract to give us strength, motion etc.
Use your chakra to increase strength, you were heading down the right path when thinking about density (thinking dense it great for strong arm) but we cannot make the muscles bigger or smaller. We unless your from chojis clan.
