hi guys! if anyone knows how to fix my problem in formatting please help...i am willing to donate 1K of my kumi to the one whose advise is effective...thanks in advance...also i will add to your rep...

if i open the properties it says there:
used space: 0 bytes
free space: 0 bytes

and windows can't format disk pops up when i try to format it...

however using ms-dos in formatting it displays:
Error in IOCTL call....

i tried to used killdisk but somehow i'm scared that i might erase my harddrive's files....

it is a 2gb flash memory though it is very cheap to buy even a higher capacity drive but what is important here is my knowledge on how to do it coz my friend said if i can do it he will give me a reward x10 of the price...
