I think they change their cloths and also do laundry. You can see that in the first episode of the shipuuden when team Konohamaru were chasing after a cat, there was a woman drying her cloths. And besides it will waste time if they bring the scene in the animation. Thats just private.

Yes, it was completely badass. I even hoped that he'll improve by having only a black shirt inside and let the 1st Chain out for looking cooler.
Instead, they didn't even show it up again. I really hope that he takes it out once more.
