wind is the elemental nature transformation that allows the user to manipulate wind by shaping their chakra to be as sharp and as thin as possible, very much like the blades of a pair of scissors.
wind element is suited for short to long combat and is the rarest of 5 elemental chakra... it is capable of cutting and slashing the opponent... It is relatively strong against lightning, but weak against fire as it only tends to increase the attack power of fire.

Ok so why is it strong against lightning? Also name two elements that is good to combine wind with and why. Finally name one wind user (other than naruto), and a wind technique he or she used.

*writes in my book, 1.donot become one with wind, it'll blow u way like u sinned 2.channel chakra to make a slipstream, you'll move freely like in a dream 3. only use such in training or you lose while battling*

Now as you perform those handseals charge the area around you with wind chakra and lift the dust/sand off the ground and levitate it. Then I want you to try and direct the wind (filled with Sand/dust) at my clone *poof*

*makes and seals again and levitates dust(Teehee, this part's getting easy) concentrates, thinks((if i send the dust at him, it'll lose some momentum)) releases more chakra and sends the dust at the clone, at the same time infusing more wind chakra to keep it stable*
