I've learned nothing in lightning so far,
Natural lightning occurs when positive particles and negative particles jump from place to place in order to meet each other. Ex. Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to ground.
When using Lightning release, it is strong against ground release, but weak against wind release.

Raiton No Jutsu (Lightning Technique)
Type: Defence/Attack

Description: Small static bolts for attack and defense.
Now Listen, Release Small static bolts to attack clone which will come's running at you trying to attack you, Concentrate Lightning chakra trough your whole body and release it all at once to let my clone poof away, And a good thing to know is the following
A-rank wind vs A-rank lightning : Wind cancels it and continues.
S-rank wind vs A-rank lightning : The same as above.
A-rank wind vs S rank lightning : Both negate each other.
A rank lightning vs A rank earth : Lightning destroys earth and keeps moving.
S rank lightning vs A rank earth : Same as above.
A rank lightning vs S rank earth : Lightning will destroy the earth but as a result it will use of all of its power and cancel out.
Fire - Lightning = Equally strong, these two elements are almost impossible to mix, i guess a few special lightning jutsus that wrap around the fire could mix with it, but it wouldn't create a special combo.
Wind - Lightning = Bad combo, lightning cannot be fused with wind, don't use them together.
Lightning - Earth = I'm not really that good at chemistry, but i guess you could in some way electricute the earth to increase it's lethality, but you'd loose your lightning jutsu in the process.
Lightning - Water = Electric water, often used a brilliant combo, but it can backfire on you really bad, if you touch the water you loose the fight.

Now make these handseals; Boar → Ram → Snake → Horse → Dragon then while doing them concentrate Lightning chakra trough your hands and send all your chakra at once trough your hands and then create a huge Electric Wave which will go trough this Solid Rock.
