Search for Tutorials in google or in youtube. There are faster and better answers from using other search engines than receiving training from Narutobase.

anyway the first thing to do is, go to Youtube what ever you want to learn write it in the search box and press Enter and a few videos will pop out just watch them carefully and start your own experiments in photoshop hope you learn what you need to learn Peace out

Learning photoshop or GFX skills doesnt requires you to post here and make a thread. Skill is like wealth, they dont fall from the sky. It is a different story if you are asking for tips that might improve your current skills. Look here, you just to have to make some effort on searching.
1) Google search is not really effective in my oppinion, unless you are lucky to get into a very good sites.
2) The most important to start with, is to get some good resource. You have to at least know the good sites that have good tuts, good sites that have good stocks (render, pic, .. etc). In this section, have a post that contain the whole lists of these websites, go to this
See, just with a little good search can get you into a new level. Why dont you spare more time searching in this GFX TUT section in NB, instead of just making a post and ask. So lets see weather your question is answered.

Well start with getting photoshop and then just go berserk on photo shop Take a few images and use all the tools to your left on the image and then if u want to know what the tool does just google the name of the tool along with the word tutorial GFX is mostly made with a render and a suitable background ...The background is mostly a Raw fractal and u would get these at deviant art also u can download new brushes for your photoshop as well i think the link posted by petronum will be very effective
