Looks:Usopp is a young and tall man with long hair. He also has considerable muscles Usopp has a pair of goggles around his neck and has some headphones or ear protectors on. He also has a little goatee along with a new white sun cap he wears on his head. He also has a new pair of rolled-up yellow pants with red suspenders, and a pair of boots. He wears a red satchel and has a blue and white stripped wrist band on his left arm.
Personality: Usopp is a very intelligent person who tends to avoid battles because of laziness.Along his journeys he became very courageous and manlier, and his intelligence hasn’t fallen behind at all.He is one of the most gifted naras and has managed to control his abilities to the perfection.He is very cheerfull and joyful around his partner and is always making jokes or telling stories of great adventures(that of course only happened in his head) to him, amazing him.

Background Info.
History:
Usopp begun his life in the peaceful village of konoha. Born under the Nara clan, he was a naturally lazy yet brilliant person. He begun his training at a very young age, when shikaku nara took him under his wing. Shikaku's training was really something out of the box.At a very young age, his knowledge of nara’s shadow manipulation hidden jutsu had increased at such rate that he began teaching several youngsters the nara way.In the training periods, he not only incremented other people’s knowledge but also his and came up with several techniques that would be of great of in future battles.Along skilful nara, he met HiddenShadowNinja, a man who had also been developing several new techniques and ways of applying his shadow jutsus into different strategies, after some time, he got him to teach him his techniques.
In his days in Konoha, he had created a rivalry with the now called –Pein-. Back then, he was one ordinary rookie(still is probably) who went by the name of Obito. Obito, stubborn as a mule, insisted to fight and would constantly get defeated either by cowardice (escaping from battle) or because of his noobish techniques. It came the day Usopp never imagined would come, the day in which Obito pleaded him if he could sign the swallow contract he had been given by Vergil, his former sensei. The answer was obvious; still he insisted to fight for it and Obito went to the hospital without having signed the contract and with one eye less. From that day onwards, he was given the title of “Obito the one eyed one” and whatever name he chooses to go by in the future, he will always be remembered in Usopp’s head with the title he himself gave him. During his travels, he encountered the marimo boy, Caliburn.After several incidents, they ended up being handcuffed together, this proved to be a real trouble, as the key to the handcuffs were kept by two strong enemies .Cliburn however came up with an idea, playing rock, scissors, paper and the loser would get its hand cut and run for help. Of course this idea would be extremely criticized by Usopp so he had to come up with another idea. Usopp was able to become one… with his katana. By merging the two entities, the power of Caliburn didn’t increment at all and was seen as a laugh for their enemies. This does not only show his incredible ease to cooperate with someone but also, his immense determination and the facility he has to quickly analyze the situation and take advantage of it, even with so many odds against him.

After several years of solitude, walking throughout the world with his companion, he arrived his chosen destination: Kirigakure. Upon entering the village, he was well received by his former team partner, The seven scaled boy, Jumbotron for friends. They were amazed at the changes in both of them and the progress they had made along the years. Being new to the village, he ended up staying with Jumbotron so as to divide the costs of food but it ended up being quite the opposite as Jumbotron’s unstoppable hunger devoured anything at sight. Time passed on Kirigakure and Usopp finally got Jumbotron to enlighten him in the Fuiinjutsu techniques, a very rare and legendary technique from the land of water. This particular knowledge of sealing techniques had been passed down from both Jumbotron and Usopp’s former sensei: Akiza. This particular young female sensei had a very embarrassing past with Usopp, where he got her to dance Bacchikoi Bacchikoi and run in the midst of a battle with the help of her shadow techniques; at this time, Usopp was a young nara, learning the process of battling and had already managed to put Akiza in a desperate situation. The battle ended with Akiza declaring a tie, although it was considered a victory for the young nara .Having put the embarrassment aside, Akiza agreed to polish Usopp’s taijutsu skills and also the legendary Kaito taijutsu, only able for those who master and have full knowledge of standard taijutsu.This techniques would come in handy later on, when Usopp confronted Seven in an all out battle for having a place among the EIG users. After a tough battle, it was decided that Seven had been the winner of the encounter and Usopp left the village with his fellow partner and headed, into the solitude trying to find answers.
Other
Along his journeys, the young Usopp became specialized in long distance attacks often taking his enemy by surprise. The fast rates of his attacks are mostly deadly to those who fight him unprepared. Often taken by a lazy person, as a clear characteristic of the Nara clan, he takes his target by surprise by showing incredible speed and reflexes, augmented if he is truly focused on the battle. In his journeys, he proved to be a real craftsman, capable of creating very useful and unique weapons that prove to be of great use .Along his arsenal, one can find the Usopp AAAaaaAAAaaa! This special belt that can fire a grappling hook, he carries it along his waist and it is very useful at the time of escaping an attack or to simply swing from tree to tree with. After a long period of using it and failing, due to the fact that he didn’t include a way to detach the rope that comes out from the belt, he decided to rest his laziness for a while and add a few modifications to it so that he could detach the rope from the belt. Of course, this technique would not be completed if he didn’t add the Tarzan yell he yells once he uses it, giving it a totally different aura, incrementing his fighting spirit and a failure attempt to intimidate the opponent, or at least make them have a laugh.
Black Kabuto
The Black Kabuto is a slingshot with five bands connected to a short staff, with a size similar to a regular slingshot. Its range is enormous, and Usopp can use it to strike individual targets quite accurately from very far distances. It has five bands that increase stability (and thus range).This weapon is very useful to throw small objects at an opponent such as kunai or shuriken or any other ninja weapons (of small size) with incredible precision and speed. Not being able to use his regular flash bombs and smoke bombs for his shadow techniques, he managed to manufacture smaller balls with the almost the same capacity of smoke or light power as the regular ones, these can be thrown with much more ease than the bigger ones and at even faster speeds and with more precision.

Being in a constant mist, Usopp had to train himself in this new environment and in a very short time, managed to adapt his eyesight to the mist within the area, making it possible for him to have a better visibility within the Kirigakure no jutsu or regular mist.
While training lightning with Vergil in his Konoha days, he discovered that he possessed a relative ease to perform lightning Justus. After he left the village, he continued investigating on his chakra nature; it was during his journeys that he managed to truly master his elemental affinity.
