That's possible, but Izanagi is capable of being performed by members of the Uchiha clan, but without the Senju clan's DNA, this shall result in one's Sharingan eyes to explode; Danzo's eyes kept closing because he couldn't handle Hashirama's sells power.

Jutsu was around before Rikudo Sennin's existence, but no human knew how to perform jutsu by combining spiritual and physical energy. Jubi was most likely the first jutsu user (Genjutsu); Explains why his 9-tomoe Sharingan is needed to complete the Universal Tsukuyomi.

Jubi is a humanoid being with chakra and raw power surpassing her son's (Rikudo Sennin) by 10 fold.

My theory is that Jubi created Rikudo, but he was raised around humans (Think Dragon Ball) and he turned against her, ending up sealing his own mother.

That is why the Jubi's genes have been passed down to Uchiha, Senju, and it's extending families (Uzumaki, Hyuga).

true...which is why the Sage was able to use it to create the sealing technique in which to fuse the Juubi with himself, without losing an eye. i doubt the Sage was the creator of jutsu PERIOD but im sure he created some with the hlp of the Juubi..how the Sage found out how to create the jutsu is a mystery in itself

I dont know about son and mother or father thing...but I know that Naruto world has it own gods..like that one God of Death which appears when you are using dead demon consuming seal, thats why Kabuto couldnt revive Minato Namikaze,because his soul now belongs to demon god of death . So maybe there something up with that or maybe Im wrong again..

Dont know about that..Sage used his Creation of All Things ability to divide the Ten-Tails' chakra into nine parts, which would become known as the tailed beasts. He then used Chibaku Tensei to seal the Ten-Tails' body inside a gigantic stone prison in the sky, thus creating the moon..He cant do the Chibaku Tensei jutsu without Rinnengan.

Each dojutsu grants the user separate abilities.

Sharingan: Illusion.
Rinnegan: Creation.
Byakugan: ???.

The entire purpose of dividing Jubi's chakra is because he assumed nobody could become the beast's Jinchuriki; Have the physical energy to persistently keep the 10-tails contained.

Nothing suggests he created Jubi, but many things can translate to Jubi creating Rikudo: Existence factor.

Possibly because he didn't expect Jubi's Sharingan to appear in his descendants (Uchiha)? The fact that part of the tablet can only be read with the Sharingan suggests members of the Uchiha clan created their own translation: Information about the Sharingan & how it works, Rikudo / Jubi's history in the past.
