So I thought I'd try something out for this. I couldn't use the full text you wanted, as it was long, so I shortened it for you. I also couldn't use the first image you provided, as it wasn't a render, and I can't render stuff myself.

I like it, but it just doesnt stand out to me =/
My friend Fredrick got a render of kakashi's body and put madara's head on it form me, then he re coloured it to suit
Is the first pic a render? Or just a picture with a white background? I like the second picture, but with the fact that some part of Madara's body had slip out from the picture itself, it might not produce a good sig. Could you provide a better pic?
Well, to be honest, have you seen the village sinatures?
The ones that say stuff like "dragon slayer of konoha"
I would like the madara render, on the left hand side, with a red box like the village sigs saying:

If you wanted a tag like those Village Signatures, then why didn't you say that you wanted something like that?
Anyway, with the egde like that on the Madara render, and the pirate being on a white background, instead of being a render, it's unlikely you're going to get one you really want, if you want one like that.
