Namikaze Naruto

I hear from many people that having a Minato Gaiden or learning of his origins would be pointless unless it was in relation to the first and second Hokage..but if you look at his name I think a simple answer can be found. I saw a thread a while back about Naruto developing a new jutsu that involved water and wind and alot of reasonable Uzumaki heritage explaining how they had Kekkei Genkai, Well im pretty sure Naruto gets his affinity from his father, the name Namikaze when broken down, Nami- Wave, Kaze- Wind. As seen in the the new shippuden movie they have similar types of chakra; i dont know if that counts though.. I think if Minato comes from a clan it is a clan known for the water and wind element chakras, i think that Naruto might somehow have 2 of the 6 paths 1 from the sealing jutsus secretly passed down through his Uzumaki heritage and another from his chakra. Im going to assume chakra like all things has different qualities, he gets an extremely high quantity and quality of chakra from his mother and another special high quality chakra from his father. Also i want to fully understand the Yin/Yang chakra of the 9 tails and how minato seperating one half and putting it into naruto planned something for him. If anyone has any theories or wants to discuss some stuff please dont be shy, if i sound dumb flame me because i would do the same to you.

P.S. where is chapter 257? did i miss something is it not supposed to come out or is it just late?

The chapter isn't late. It's Golden Week in Japan, and if I'm not mistaken the new manga won't come out until next week.

Also, I think seeing Minato's origins would be a great help in understanding Naruto. I can imagine that if there aren't any tie-ins to the First and Second Hokage, peole will feel like it's pointless filler. But, I'd like to see it either way, because it adds another layer to Naruto's history, his story in general, and his character. Knowing all the little tidbits makes it that much more interesting, to me.

and to answer your question idk. theres alot of things that points to Naruto gaining a water affinity but who knows? he barely done anything with his wind affinity.

Naruto is not going to gain a KG.... 99.9998% sure he's not getting any KG.

"that jutsu" might be a sealing jutsus but who knows...?
