What is the meaning of the 6 marks on naruto's chest and why can't he enter ful fox mode lyk bee.

Naruto can't enter in full kyuubi mode (transform to 9 tailed Kyuubi) cause kyuubi doesn't like him.
for this transform jinchuriki and bijuu need to be friendly to each other like bee and hachibi
Well, technically, Naruto COULD enter 9-tail mode, but that would mean that Kyuubi is taking over him = Naruto's death and ultimate DOOM. :|
If they were friends tho, Naruto could enter that mode and be back to normal afterwards.

oh ... is that so... naruto was supposed to transformed fully when he battled with pein ......he reached 8tails and wus ready for the full mode.. but minato sealed him again... i know that the kyuubi hates naruto plus he wants to get free .
and i think naruto has this sign's cause he's uzumaki tobi sad that uzumaki clan is related to senju clan and tobi also sad that so6p had 2 sons young was powered by sage's eyes called uchiha and older was powered by sage's chakra called senju.
also bijuu's are connected to so6p cause he was 10 tailed jinchuriki juubi and after he fought against juubi he sealed him into moon using chibaku tensei and divisioned him in 9 jinchurikis.And I think that that sign's are caused by so6p's chakra.

No bro, u living with wrong assumption, i think! A new seal was used while sealing kyubi somewhere having all his chakras taken! M talking about the time when naruto finally got access to fox's chakra! And the seal used was that of So6p like i said above! So he got marks like stuffs on his chest
Already answered: You have to be friends with the beast to take his form. Naruto and the ninetails are not friends.

So Naruto's Chakra cloak is the chakra of th SOF6P (mostly maybe some fox), THATS WHY HE HAS THOSE MARKINGS.

as the kyuubi got 50% of the sage's chakra it also got the most chakra from the caster(so6p) it self.
also the new seal naruto used, was a seal used by the sage of six paths.

as to why naruto cant go into fox form i think the 8 tails said he isnt freinds so he cant go into its form. as to his current form. nobody knows yet cept kishi.
maybe cause he has the body of the sage? and is a sage?
oh your tlking about the So6p signs i recon tht the 9 tails is the most special the sage used the rest of his power to seperate the bijuu into 9 tailed beasts so the beast probz has some of his power inside them i dunno guessing and since the 9 tails is most powerful and most chakra im guessing the sage put in most of his chakra into it lol tht just came into my head while writting this lol
