I know that tsunade and A are the last two kages in control of a tailed beast. They can't go anywhere, I understand that. And knowing who they are, they show a lot of restraint. But....

Why isnt tsunade making A another friggin arm?! They got nothing else better to do, and tsunade is a medical genius! Im sure she could whip up a riakage arm in no time! Stat! Just let shikaku take care of things for a while....

The Raikage said that metamorphically. "Second Right Arm" means his back up. Or second in command as most people use in the real world nowadays.

A dosen't seem to need two arms. Ninja can make hand signs on behalf of another ninja. (Naruto has done this for Gamabunta(sp?), and Kabuto has done this for Orochimaru) Also there are elite ninja like Haku who can make hand signs with one hand, to use their juitsu.

Ninja's can't do ninjutsu with another ninja, the chakra flow doesn't combine just because another hand makes a seal, the only thing they can do is for the summoning (What Kabuto did) and as for stuff with one hand, that takes a lot of power, such as the water dragon that Kakashi did with Zabuza that took like 3772827382 hand seals, the second hokage Tobirama can do it in one, doesn't mean everyone can though lol

Actually Twin Snakes Mutual Death Technique is a jutsu that uses your hand and the opponent's hand to make the hand seal for example.
And knowing A even if he lost both his arms, he would still headbutt everyone out there. xd

Not saying its possible. But probably not impossible since she already created new organs for herself when fightning Orochimaru.

But too much is going on in the manga i dont think thats anything to take in consideration.
