You don't really need 'talent' to be good at making sigs, just the knowledge on how to make em. Just go to a site like gfx void and read some tutorials.

You did improve, but there is still a room for improvement. But I can see you are there, looking at the 3rd one, tells me you are okay with setting the color and the lighting effect. I assume that all of the 3 sigs, featured the same character, try another character.
